Blueberry Coconut Overnight Oats

Layers of flavor, texture, and love!

Ingredients:

Base

1/2 cup oats

1 TB chia seeds or basil seeds

1 TB coconut flakes

Smoothie

1 cup blueberries

1/3 cup yogurt of choice

1/2 unsweetened coconut milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1 TB honey or maple syrup

1 TB collagen powder

Optional: You can add protein powder if you would like.


Directions:

1. In a small bowl or separate containers, add oats, chia, or basil seeds, and coconut flakes.

2. Add all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

3. Add the smoothie to the base and mix well. Cover the dish and let it sit in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.

4. Take it out in the morning and top with blueberries, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of honey, and enjoy a peaceful morning.
